While it doesn’t necessarily take a community to educate a child, there’s no doubt that community support helps. Recognizing that we cannot provide everything you and your child may need on your educational journey, we partner with individuals, businesses, organizations, and churches that value home educators and have resources to offer. Through these partnerships, we are able to extend opportunities that might otherwise prove difficult to find. Such opportunities can include special events, group learning experiences, and special help when needed.

An important part of these partnerships is the convenience they bring to our homeschool community. Often, traditional classes, events, groups and opportunities are geared toward a traditional school population, which means they aren’t always available at the most convenient times and locations for the homeschool community. Our partners value home educators and work with us to make opportunities and resources available when homeschoolers need them most and at convenient, comfortable locations. They even go a step further in adapting programs, classes, and groups to appeal to home-educated students and their families. This helps ensure that the resources they offer are the right fit for our community.

Besides the businesses and organizations we work with, we also consider our teachers and staff members partners in the success of Homeschool Connections. They are the heartbeat of our program, giving their all to making Homeschool Connections a great place to learn and belong.

Homeschool Connections is also proud to work with programs that offer families the opportunity to use public funds to educate their children and help pay for Homeschool Connections’ classes. Though this isn’t a requirement for anyone who takes classes with us, these programs can make learning with us a more viable option for some families.

Last but not least, we value our partnerships with the churches that provide us with space to run our program. Without them, Homeschool Connections would not have clean, comfortable, convenient campuses to call home.
