IOWA Testing for Homeschoolers

Homeschool Connections will be offering the IOWA standardized test for grades 3-8 at the Faith Church, 160 W. Hamlin Rd., Rochester Hills MI 48307. Wendy Kapusta, a favorite Homeschool Connections teacher, will be administering the test.

The tests can be used to measure growth in fundamental areas of school achievement: vocabulary, reading comprehension, language, mathematics, social studies, science, and other sources of information. The achievement standards represented by the tests are crucial in educational development because they can determine the extent to which students will benefit from future instruction.

Grades 3-8 will test Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday May 22 – 24  from 9:00 – 12:00 noon. The cost of the test and administration is $75.

Registration and payment must be made no later than April 15, 2017.
