Here are the results of HC students after just one semester of taking Meg Navarro’s art class. Students learn to draw lifelike pictures while adding their own creative touch. Meg teaches using techniques she has learned from live classes she took from renown artists such as Ann Khulburg and Masters School of Art. Nearly 200 people voted at Homeschool Connection’s first annual art show on April 21, 2016, featuring the artwork of Meg Navarro’s students. Over 130 students participated in the competition, and there were 10 winners across the different age groups. These categories included photography and drawing in a variety of media such as watercolor pencils, ink, and color pencils.
